After almost 8 years of a successful career in the Corporate Finance world with General Electric and the FDIC, Sandy knew there had to be more than sitting behind a desk building spreadsheets. She is a people person – she likes to interact and get to know people, and ultimately help them. That led to her leveraging her knowledge and expertise in Finance and Accounting into an Executive Recruiting career.

She spent her early recruiting years focusing on permanent placement; however, she quickly expanded her focus toward consulting and project recruiting. She has experience recruiting for IT, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Accounting.

As a Partner with MK Recruiting, Sandy spends the bulk of her time interacting with and meeting highly-qualified Sales and Marketing professionals and loves every minute of it. She takes a disciplined approach to matching candidates based upon technical skills as well as on a stylistic fit for her clients’ needs. She ensures that MK Recruiting’s clients can realize an immediate impact.

Sandy has an MBA from Campbell University and a BS in Finance from North Carolina Wesleyan. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and everything outdoors. She loves to travel, cook, entertain and anything beach-related.

Jessica Dragon is an HR professional with over 15 years of experience in full cycle recruitment. She has owned several businesses over the years, and therefore understands the importance from the client’s perspective of having the right team in place in order for the business to succeed.  Jessica is a true professional with a keen ability to source and screen high-caliber talent. For the past 10 years, Jessica’s focus has been in Recruiting, Accounting, Insurance, Customer Service, and Management. She has a proven track record of successfully identifying and placing top talent in difficult-to-fill positions as well as an excellent ability to understand business needs and to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.

Jessica has a Bachelors in Business Administration with a minor in Operational Management degree from the University of New Orleans. She is married with 2 young children and enjoys spending quality time with her family. She truly embraces her Louisiana culture with Mardi Gras being her favorite season of the year.  Laissez les bon temps rouler!
