Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects to integrate common data, marketing, and sales technology across business units
  • Lead cross-functional team meetings to continuously track progress, risks and mitigation, issues, and actions with functional leaders
  • Understand and coordinate interdependencies across workstreams
  • Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including FP&A, Product & Technology, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations
  • Drive accountability for the delivery of each workstream against their deliverables
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on project status and identify opportunities, challenges, and risks
  • Identify and solve emerging problems; know when to escalate issues to move them forward and, when faced with ambiguity, step into the void to find solutions
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Thrive in a fast-paced team atmosphere with the confidence to adjust and adapt as priorities change
  • Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Project Management and leading cross-functional teams
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in technology or business
  • Understanding of modern data environments and the systems that feed them (CRM, ERP, etc.)
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, team-oriented demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly communicate the big picture
  • Collaborative, team player
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Experience working in a SaaS company
  • Proven ability to work directly with all levels of leadership
  • Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) a plus
